Packages
Comp Check-Up: $2,000 - $5,000 includes review of 1-2 plans, short recommendations
Plan Design Sprint: $2,500 - $25,000 includes custom design of 1 new comp plans + 2 rounds of edits
Sales Comp Overhaul: $15,000 - $30,000+ includes end-to-end redesign, modeling, governance and rollout support
Monthly Retainer: $5,000 - $10,000 per month (depending on time availability) includes ongoing support as needed

NO fee or charge for initial consultation to determine if it will be mutually beneficial to proceed
For new clients, payment in advance of services provided is required (amounts and timing of payments to be negotiated typically week-by-week in advance of services provided)

Market Pay analysis and Total Target Compensation amounts for the sales roles are finalized
Verifiable proof that performance measurement data is available and may be used in variable incentive components
